Email is checked regularly throughout the work day and early evening Monday through Friday.  Response time is usually about 1 - 2 hours.

Email received after 3 PM EST on Friday and on Saturday and Sunday may possibly be answered over the weekend, but more than likely on Monday.

Faxes are checked monitored throughout the workday and early evening Monday through Friday.  Response time is usually about 1 - 2 hours

Telephone Hours:

Monday through Friday 9:00 AM till 5:00 PM EST.  Voicemail is available 24 hours a day.

Saturday and Sunday by appointment only.
