The Rapid Prototyping methodology allows one to create working prototypes in order to check their functionality in their real working environment and to reduce the cost and time lost due to design flaws. 

The time to market is strongly reduced thanks to very rapid functionality checks, resulting in higher and quicker profits. 

The prototype ensures esthetical and functional checks by ensuring high mechanical features, with good surface finish. 

It is possible to obtain limited pre-production of the object by means of a forming process with silicone rubber mould. 

Plus according to the mechanical properties of the used material, it is possible to carry out structural verifications.
